Maud Coudrais spoke at a conference organised by Rosa Colucci and Giandiego Monteleone (Avvocati Review), in Rome, at the Consiglio Nazionale Forense, on the theme "Artificial Intelligence and Law: Abuses and Guarantees in the Light of AI ACT".
Maud Coudrais has contributed, based on her essay Riumanizzare il diritto (Mimesis Edizioni), to the definition of artificial intelligence applied to law. In a word, a technique devoid of sensitivity, which cannot substitute the human being but simply help him to think about the law or to apply it. Above all, a technique that is at high risk for democracy, the separation of powers, for our freedoms, for the respect of the right to the judge, the rights of the defence and more adapted as it stands to the Anglo-Saxon legal culture than ours...
